El objetivo del Proyecto busca resolver desajustes estructurales, program\u00e1ticos y financieros que al parecer afectan el adecuado desarrollo de la promoci\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n en las Pymes costarricenses por medio de la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva Agencia de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico no estatal.
