  • En el a\u00f1o 1992 obtuvo la licenciatura en la Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda Civil de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Adem\u00e1s de obtener el t\u00edtulo de Maestr\u00eda y Doctorado en el Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda Civil y Ambiental, espec\u00edficamente en el \u00e1rea de Recursos H\u00eddricos de la Universidad de California, Los Angeles.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
